Geeks, Nerds and Gamers of the Jackson area have had Van’s Comic and Cards for years, but it wasn’t until recently that the shop took on a whole new identity. New owners, new directions and a new floor plan have helped Van’s transform into an inclusive haven for the ever growing geek culture.

This month’s local spotlight is on Travis Ryder, one of the co-owners of the new and improved Van’s Comics and Cards. We are joined by Discussing Who host and all around comic book guy Kyle Jones as we break down the evolution of one of Jackson’s most recognizable names in comics.
